Shaun came to the Air Newsroom following a 5 year stint covering News and Sport for the National Indigenous Radio Service. He began in radio in 1993 at pioneering First Nations station 989fm/4AAA Brisbane and is still there on Monday night presenting his revered Blues with a Feeling.
Outside of radio, he’s plied his trade as a musician and actor, while working behind the scenes in the music industry as a promoter, talent buyer, venue booker, publicist and festival consultant. In downtimes, there’s usually a guitar close to hand and he’s a fan of the West Brisbane Bulldogs, Reds and Hawthorn.
