Kym has been with Airnews since 2013, A graduate of WA’s Academy of Radio, Kym pursued a career adventure that took her across the nation from her first gig with Sun FM Alice Springs, onto Brisbane and the Gold Coast with Triple M, 97.3, Gold FM and the ABC, Even to the skies and on the TV with the Australian Traffic Network.
Now based in the USA as an actor, Kym once performed as a ballet dancer with the Dallas Opera, and now tours the country as Francesca the Pirate in Nature of Mercy – a comedy swordfighting show that appears in New York, Vegas, Dallas and Florida. Kym is married, has 5 rescue dogs, and a burgeoning Tupperware empire. You can also hear Kym’s Gourmet Traveller segments on the podcast Foodbytes with Sarah Patterson.
